Matalco is the worst company a human being can ever work for! They will try to exploit you any way they can; they don't care about your health, especially if you are a caster. One of the ways they will exploit you is by telling you to "learn" all the jobs on the floor so they can work you to the bone whenever someone comes to their senses and quits their position, and you can only dream about raises. I have seen some people working there for 15 years getting a raise of 50 cents in two years and working on Christmas and new year's eve was compulsory, and if you chose your family over work your behind will be fired, I was there when people were fired for simply choosing their family over work in holidays! Value yourself and only work for this scamming company while you look for another job, or better, never set a foot in their premises for you'll be treated as a slave! P.S I would give them zero stars if I could.
