Sadly there is rampant bullying creating a fear based culture and a ton of turnover. The founder is not inherently a leader. She lacks people skills. Her favoritism creates a hostile environment in which employees spend most of their time proving each other wrong to validate their own worth. Company management style fixates on performative accountability. Only a few full time employees - mostly a turning wheel of fractional contractors.

Literally do not care about the employees, no HR, lack of POC and inclusivity, Ppl are overworked and underpaid. Expected to go above and beyond with zero incentive. The founder is so toxic and nobody knows how to manage. The team apart from leadership is actually pretty nice and they work their butt off. Why? IDK.
