      Pros

      - Relaxed job, only knowledge of elementary and highschool subjects required - Not very many hours, good for university students who want a small part-time job

      Cons

      - Not very many hours - Students may not show up with little to no notice due to lack of strict policies, leading to mentors being sent home after arriving at the tutoring center, wasting time and gas of mentors
