Pros

The cons are so strong that they outweigh any positives so I am reluctant to recommend any. Plenty of other places out there that offer the same pros. Nothing remarkable here.

Cons

Management pretend to take issues raised seriously and make false promises essentially delaying any action to change until you are worn down into complicity or leave if you have any sense.

Pros

Co workers were nice but all afraid to speak up.

Cons

Senior female partner’s behavior atrocious. Unpleasant, condescending, unprofessional and unclear in any directions. HR has to turn a blind eye due to this partners behavior towards them as if they’re hiring the “wrong person”. HR will not handle regardless of bullying accusations being repeatedly made.

Cons

Like all other law firms of a similar size, the hours can be long.
