      Pros

      Some people are paid well but only because thats the only way they can keep employees

      Cons

      Toxic environment created by upper management, reflected in the revolving door of employees. Around 30 people have quit within the past year including the entire accounting division and 2 cfos.

      Pros

      - good benefits plus discount on products - colleagues are great to work with, yard workers are super helpful!

      Cons

      - management never care bout the toxicity they bring to the team. Everything they want always last minute, creating chaos to everyone. - Owner like to appear educated, but no clue in what they doing. Just want to enjoy vacations (multiples in span of 2 months) and once back, changes everything that was planned previously because they say so.

      Pros

      Discounts on product, decent wages. Some yard workers are friendly, decent people. The hours are flexible.

      Cons

      The family that runs this company are insane. If you have to accept a job here, get yourself out once you can. The business itself is incredibly chaotic with many processes lost as turnover is extremely high. Workers are afraid to come forward with problems.
