      Pay is okay considering management is incompetent

      Cons

      Lack of knowledgeable management on larger scale projects. These guys are third rate bush league with no certs. Zero quality control certs with personnel, no knowledgeable management in real situations, just academics with no real world experience filled with hubris. Lack of knowledge on management results in no accountability, blaming others for their lack of competency.

      Pros

      A good company to start your career. A lot of guidance and path for professional development.

      Cons

      Top management trying to take advantage of me using visa sponsorship issue. Officially I was notified via email that the company would sponsor my visa. Suddenly, one month before the process, they denied the sponsorship opportunity using vague excuses. This dangerous mentality can destroy a person's whole career.
