-full family-based company (actually it is a really small startup, not even a company) -moody and poor management team (hiring and firing employees) -lack of knowledge about the research field, and unreasonable expectations -low knowledge about the state-of-the-art technology and working with old methods -non-professional (bad-mannered) boss and CTO -low transparency from the management team about the projects -low salary rates -no insurance -no holidays (except the new year break) In general, you feel like the managers do not care about their employees at all. Also, I heard supervisors come on Glassdoor and write positive feedback about their company lmao!
