Wouldn't know where to start. Leaders get constant feedback, but only value when fits their agenda. Thick skin is necessary.

It showed a lack of alignment with the product and our users (whose job it is to share links with others). • Stifling for Ambition: Proactive individuals may find themselves labeled as “too much” or even “volatile,” which can stifle creativity and limit growth opportunities. • Mental Health Impact: The pressure to perform perfectly contributes to a high-stress environment that can take a toll on mental health, especially in a startup where iteration and learning should be encouraged. • Rigid Hierarchies: Despite the startup label, some dynamics reflect a more traditional corporate structure, which can limit agility and transparency.
