Pros

High salary and the owners are really good and nice people. WFH is allowed as well.

Cons

A lot of politics for leadership outside of the owners, no growth unless you suck up to the leaders (who are not the owners), they give you leadership titles but not leadership roles (staff work or supervisor work).

During my time, multiple management changes occurred. It seems like the company has no clear vision where to go. There is no synergy between different brands and departments.
