      - A very supportive team - Using the latest technologies - Continuous tech sessions for the tech team - A very good salary

      Cons

      - They consider the testers a second grade below developers, and I quote "Not engineers" - As a senior, there was not a lot to learn - No opportunities to promote to next level - Raises are not good (About 5%)
