      Pros

      working with a team that is fun to be around. everyone helps each other out.

      Cons

      it's a small company so you end up having a larger role than in bigger companies. this means you'll have a lot to do (although i did like the learning opportunity)

      Never give me the chance to see any!

      Long story short: They have time to post social events and brag about their achievement and parties etc. (just see there social media). but they dont have 30 sec to reply (even for a negative answer) regarding my application. now its been 9 months after my application. although I wrote to ask.. nothing!
