      Pros

      - Lucky to be part of a team with a great manager that listens to your needs - Fair compensation - Flexible work schedule - WFH (for now, since it's the pandemic and they are not pushing a RTO any time soon)

      Cons

      - You may be put off with some of the HR old-timers with their condescending tone - Some of HR seems to be disconnected with the reality of the wants of employees, more so with the associate level employees - You barely hear from them, unless there is a company wide event lol

      -Processes are very bureaucratic and time consuming, tasks get delayed because of many limitations -Political company culture

      -Work from home is an option for almost everyone -Salary is good -Free breakfast (in some days) -15th month, communication allowance

      Cons

      -Extreme Office Politics (Middle - Upper Management) -No clear KPI/KRA definition -Promotion process is absent (You're in luck if you have a good manager.) -Constant organizational changes -Work from home is abused by some in management (9am-6pm schedule becomes a 6am-11pm schedule for staff)
