Pros

Good discipline and a fairly large company with good facilities.

Cons

I'm not aware of conditions in other divisions, but as someone working in the packaging design division, I strongly advise against joining this division due to several facts. This is a warning, and I'll emphasize again that these are real occurrences! The main problem in my division is the superiors, namely the department head and some managers. In this division, superiors make all decisions and orders unilaterally. Moreover, many decisions taken often lack logic, lack important goals, and can change based on their mood, leaving the team uncertain about the direction to take. Worse still, if someone is deemed not following an order, superiors will start attacking that person personally, including their family, lifestyle, background, and expel them, claiming they can't work and there's no place that will accept them. Communication with superiors is also very poor; they never want to clearly communicate their expectations and expect the team to understand what they want. When subordinates want to communicate, it usually ends with anger, insults, new strange decisions, or being ignored. To make matters worse, some managers in this place often don't convey messages from the department head to the team, causing the department head to blame the team. Currently, managers seem to wash their hands of it, and conversely, managers also seem to intentionally provoke the department head against some employees they dislike. The department head always wants to interfere in employees' personal matters, investigating family background, financial conditions, lifestyle, and using this data to subjectively judge and attack individuals. The worst part is the department head interfering in the friendships of every employee; friendships in this division are restricted. For example, you cannot be friends with certain people in the team, cannot communicate with friends who have resigned, and if you still do, the consequences are ridicule, insults, and hindrance in career development. A bit of information: in the last year in this division, as far as I know, more than half have left, and most of them were seniors. So, reconsider your decision before joining.
