      - Great opportunity to work with up and coming architects and designers - Beautiful mansions

      Cons

      - Upper management has terrible communication and lacks knowledge in construction and leadership - Lack of consistency and structure for each project

      - Genious marketing team, they land high end custom homes - nice looking office

      Cons

      - Company's lack of construction knowledge results in them losing those jobs sometimes,it looks like they have never built a house before - Extremly HIGH turnover rates, around 70 percent of people leave within a year - poor upper and construction management team - very unloyal to clients and employees - office politics and over all a toxic place to work at
