      Great people and a very friendly office atmosphere. Calm and comfortable working environment with good work-life balance. Nice office setup and good-quality food available on site. Overall a stable and stress-free place to work.

      Cons

      It's really about the industry not a company itself: A lot of processes and bureaucracy that make it hard to introduce changes. Very limited ownership and responsibility. Even small improvements or automation ideas are difficult to implement due to strict procedures, which can be frustrating if you’re looking for more impact.
