Pawtucket Trainers are very helpful in all aspects.
Most of the Dispatchers are exceptionally knowledgeable.
Much better updated equipment than other Ambulance companies.
Cons
Internal communication is horrible.
To ask a question or to get help with an issue, not one of the "supervisors" know what is going on! The only answer you get is, "Let me look into that and I'll get right back to you".
