The hours and flexibility they had was amazing , the doctors you work with are the best of pees.. however .,
Cons
The pay was poor, communication from Management is next to minimal. They claim to have an open and inclusive environment but the upper management only cares about the bottom line and who they favour.. They have a current staff member that has a 1/4 of the workload of others. rarely shows up and is late at least once a week whom makes MUCH more than the rest of the staff ( 23.00 per hour ) compared to everyone else's 19.00 hr... Management considers staff with developmental disabilities are " faking it and lazy " Also management doesn't want questions, they pretend to be open and understanding but in private have been heard saying "why can't they just shut up and listen " There is no opportunity for advancement, no matter what they claim and unless you are the select few you will receive no feedback, no performance reviews, nothing to help you excel or advance in the company... Current management "doesn't believe in reviews" . Last but not least, You will end up breaking the laws and the accreditation boards laws.... also they will expect you to leave fake reviews for both companies to hide the truth from others
