      Horrible Place to work

      Cant think of any positives, other than the food trucks that would come to the office occasionally

      Cons

      Lots of favoritism here, and witnessed inappropriate contact several times by one of the quality control supervisors and a female employees. I felt very uncomfortable with what I saw, and felt like you had to put up with this conduct in order to get ahead. Seems like there was a pattern with this man, and tolerance by management The rules and policies changed constantly. One supervisor would tell me to do something, then another would reprimand me for doing what I was told to do. High turnover, and make huge cuts right before Christmas.

      disorganized and deceptive as the day is long

      Getting the opportunity to talk to patients about their health, do in-home education, and support patients

      Cons

      The company is disorganized and frustrating to deal with. They use deceptive practices to schedule appointments with patients, they are clueless when it comes to how to account for travel time between patients, and they are deceptive to employees about territory they want/need covered.

      Pros

      It's a job. Joining this company I was very happy. Then I realized it was out of desperation. I realized after joining another company, MedXm has so much to catch up on regarding leadership, incentives, motivation, and managerial presence. They use their employees without reward or chances for advancement, led by inexperienced managers, and in return high turnover is created.

      Cons

      The pay is ridiculously LOW. Invest in your employees. Hire competent managers that know how to lead instead of playing around with favorites. Why in the word is the turnover so high? Treat employees fairly and reward them.
