      Pros

      Very flat management structure which means decisions can be made faster, great working environment, passionate and enthusiastic colleagues. This company is clearly paving the way for a very different, simpler and more patient centric way of delivering healthcare. Highly recomended. You will learn lots and be fully supported.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any as I felt fully supported and intergrated. A lovely company to work for,

      Some adaptability needed for working from UK - until we secure a UK office.

      Pros

      Flat management system - collaborative approach to problem solving great team work. Excellent office environment and transparency around how the company is doing and where it is trying to go. Lots of energy and fun folk to work with.
