      Pros

      Positive work environment, good team work, and promotes advancements from within the company. They promote staff involvement to assist in making decisions.

      Cons

      The turnover rate needs to be lower. The majority of people leave because the cost of living in Odessa it high. Patient to nurse ration needs to be lower to provide the best care. We need more CNAs, and the health Insurance gets worse every yr

      Overall I thought it was a poor hospital and I was very dissatified with how they treat there emploees.

      Pros

      They are a fairly little hospital and able to treat patients quickly. They have a med- chopper that can take you to the nearest or better hospital available 24/7.

      Cons

      I dont believe they take care of there employees very well. They are quick to fire and replace you and do not listen to your constructive critism.
