Pros

For the experience. Nice office with free snacks

Cons

The people doing the real work are ignored, unsupported, and treated like an afterthought. Any sense of teamwork has been destroyed by constant mergers and acquisitions, leaving everyone disconnected and scrambling. The pay is awful, and technicians are treated like they’re disposable. Leadership talks a big game about valuing people, but their actions make it obvious that it’s all for show. The mission feels like a performance, not something they actually live by.

Pros

Very little oversight, mostly because management seems disengaged You’re left alone to figure things out, which can feel like freedom at first

Cons

Pay is shockingly low for the responsibilities expected Expectations are constantly set high, but support and follow-through are practically nonexistent You’re treated the same way clients are—overpromised solutions and then left dealing with the fallout when those promises aren’t kept Leadership feels disconnected, and communication is inconsistent at best

Pros

Honestly, the only decent thing here is some of the people, and even that depends on which office you end up in. There are good coworkers, but it’s inconsistent. The certification reimbursement is nice, I’ll give them that. Monthly catering exists too, but it feels like they’re trying to make up for bigger issues with free food.v

Cons

The company hides behind policies and treats people like they’re easily replaceable, even top performers, especially if you’re remote. Offboarding is handled badly—sometimes your own teammates are the ones stuck dealing with it, which just makes things awkward and uncomfortable for everyone. There’s also this weird pattern where people don’t seem to last past 3 years unless they’re absolutely critical to the business. On top of that, leadership doesn’t communicate anything. Big changes and restructuring just happen out of nowhere and you’re left to deal with it. Management barely shows up when it actually matters, especially when it comes to clients. And speaking of clients, they’re treated as if they don’t matter. Relationships that existed before Medicus took over don’t seem respected at all, which is honestly a bad look. If management actually cares, start being transparent for once. Let people know what’s going on instead of blindsiding them. Be involved when it matters, especially with clients, and stop acting like both employees and customers are disposable.
