Skip Level Meeting is for entertainment of HR department.
Pros
Salary on time is the only Pros of Medusind.
Cons
I have worked in Medusind for more than 3 years. Medusind is a very good MNC company. But some managers and especially AVP are not up to the level and reputation of the company. With a journey of more than 3 years, I have noticed lots of things which put the Medusind on the backseat of any of the local domestic company. Let me explain. In every 6 months, HR department is conducting the meeting which is called as “Skip-Level Meeting”. In that meeting, only executives and senior executives are present, and supervisors and managers have been skipped. They will ask the problems of the employees and noting down in their notes and will consolation that they will solve the problems discussed in the meeting. But surprisingly after skip level meeting, HR department will be in Coma. Then the real things will start. The people who spoke about the problems or about the supervisors and managers in the meeting will be pressurized to leave the job directly by respective managers and AVP of the company. That’s the strategy of the HR department to trap the employees who can speak or fight against management and compel them to leave the job. The most shocking thing I have noticed about the Medusind is the AVP of the company. Totally unaware (in terms of technical knowledge) about the processes which he is managing. He even does not know the basics of the most processes. He always gives big and big with his very egoistic ton “Lot and lot and lot”. Without any technical medical knowledge how can such person reached at this post! It’s the out of mind. I also noticed that managers are less qualified and having less technical knowledge than their team members. Busy with Politics, Politics, and Just Politics!!! It is the company where B.sc/M.sc graduates are working over doctors. If anyone of the CEO level person is reading my post, then let me know that Medusind does not have enough fund to hire the AVP with the vast medical and technical knowledge for such a big medical billing company.
