Pros
MeeDerby has several tenured employees which speaks volumes to the culture. Robin Mee takes wonderful care of her team. Additionally, she is supportive and empowers her team to make decisions.
Cons
Working from home can be a con for some people. The industry is hard, but that is not a reflection of the company at all.

I have worked at MeeDerby for 2 years and can attest to the incredible team and tenure within the organization. The average tenure on the Executive Recruitment team is 16 years (that's including my tenure). MeeDerby is a flexible company to work for - promoting a positive work/life balance along with providing incredible coaching around search in the space. Everything about working here is as good as I could ever imagine. Working 100% virtually is also a dream come true.
