Great Learning Experience with Flexible Work Arrangement
Pros
Very flexible work arrangement, with employees only required to work from the office twice a week. The team is very supportive and professional, although this may depend on which team you join. The goals and targets for each project and quarter are generally clear and well-defined. Non-work activities are also held fairly regularly and are very enjoyable. For fresh graduates, this company is highly recommended because there are great opportunities to learn, grow, and gain meaningful experience.
Cons
The career path is not very clear, so the company may be seen more as a stepping stone rather than a place to stay for the long term. Although it does not happen often, restructuring or reorganization is still possible. Because of this, the engineer, stakeholder, or person in charge of a project can sometimes change suddenly in the middle of the project.
