Pros
Looked great on paper, and initially was interesting.
Cons
Once the owner/manager's true colors show up, you lose all respect for them, and the job. Many parts of the business seem fraudulent, customers get charged for services that are not performed. You are expected to be less-than-truthful to customers in order to get them to sign up for additional services that are not needed. You'll get yelled at, or 'shushed' for conversing with another employee, or a customer, even though that is part of the job. Customers' personally property isn't respected by the management, with many irreplaceable items getting damaged, and the owner making creepy comments looking at someone's family pictures or videos. Finally, the owner's personal hygiene is completely lacking, getting to the point that you need to disinfect any equipment before you use it (because of food stains, grease, and lack of bathroom hygiene)
