Pros

Some co-workers were supportive making the ordeal slightly bearable.

Cons

The job was an endless cycle of rejection and unrealistic quotas. The pressure to constantly meet targets was suffocating. Management was more concerned with numbers than people, fostering a cutthroat environment. Little to no support or guidance was provided, fostering employees to fend for themselves. The constant berating and micromanagement created a hostile atmosphere. Burnout was inevitable.

Pros

I enjoy working at merchant processing solutions, one of the most jobs I’ve had where I’m able to strive to accomplish goals. I received all the proper trading and still learning as I go.
