Pros

Pay, amazing benefits, smart people, the best culture, great leadership. I feel lucky everyday to be working here and watching this company take off. Being in sales you deal with a lot of difficult people, but I never feel that with my coworkers or management.

Cons

I really can't think of any!

Pros

Pros ideas Strong talent density / high bar: Smart, motivated teammates; you learn fast from good feedback and strong craft. Autonomy + ownership: People trust you with meaningful scope; less “process for process’s sake.” Product taste + customer-first mindset: Clear focus on building something users love; attention to detail in UX/writing. Fast pace, real impact: Work ships quickly; you can see your work affect customers and metrics. Mission + momentum: Feels like the company is building something important; strong brand in fintech/startup world.

Cons

Cross-functional alignment overhead: As teams scale, coordination can take more time than you expect. Uneven process maturity: Some areas are very polished; others still feel like they’re being built while you use them.
