"Meridian has chosen to bring on leadership from Fairview Health, this leadership team has filled positions with their friends and former business partners, fostering a hostile and narrow-minded work environment. Individuals from diverse backgrounds should be cautious when applying here, as the company employs tactics of weaponized incompetence and collusion to create unsafe working conditions. Additionally, Meridian does not reimburse employees for travel or other work expenses incurred as part of their job requirements."
