Management never backed our findings. We were always told to wait 60-90 days before they would consider making policy changes. We did a lot of work that was not valued. Always told that we were lucky to have jobs because our department was a “non revenue “ producing department. We always knew company was in bad financial shape. A hot mess of a place to work. They got rid of the entire compliance department so there is no oversight now.

Treated like a slave. Dealt with angry customers all day on the phone. Management seemed to have this idea in their head that we all wanted to some day work in their position (that was actually hilarious - nobody wanted their job. Not exactly what I would call a career goal) It was just constant negative feedback, picking apart every little thing that you do wrong. Never any positive reinforcement. They would call random meetings and threaten to fire us if we didn’t work harder. We were already working our assess off. But apparently they had tons of applications for people “much more qualified than you” that they could replace us with at any time. Who says that?? I quit immediately after that. This is just an awful and disgusting work environment. Consider yourself warned, do not work for this company.
