My pro working here was being able to work from home.
Cons
You are paid below the Australian Workplace Minimum pay rate. You do not receive a higher pay rate for weekends Because it is work from home I felt like management expected you to pick up extra hours when others were sick or away If there was an internal issue with management, the issue was dealt with in an unprofessional manner. There wasn't much room to grow in the company because it was so small.
