      Pros

      The people are friendly. You don't have to be afraid of being yourself in the social forums at work. All views are welcomed. You are contributing towards a world-changing technology.

      Cons

      I can't think of any real cons. There is a lot going on and cross-department communication could be better. It can possibly be hard to keep track of what's going on.

      * Lack of clear direction; changes constantly * No documentation for many of the systems during critical development cycles * Questionable management practices * Promised work-life balance, but was inundated with requests while taking time off * Did not follow terms of signed agreements
