Metasoft has been around for 30 years, but is still continuing to grow. A company that continues to grow is a good thing, but there are always growing pains. I can tell that management is trying hard to make sure it is worth it for their employees to get past it. If you are willing to ride it out with the company (invest 6-12 months), then it will be worth it.
Up to you whether this is a con or pro, but the company is heavily sales focused and commission based. Reps on full commission generally earn average to above average for industry, while reps on base and commission generally earn a little below average to average for industry. That is a risk that you have to decide whether or not to take.
The product itself is a great product that can work in the right circumstances, but that is ultimately up to the SDR to fully qualify the prospect before putting it through. Yes, it looks outdated, and that is something that needs to be changed.
