In short, they won't grant you leave even for emergencies (unless you lie that you are sick) and since there is no cash back for remaining leaves, you will simply lose them at the end of the year/on your resignation for nothing. - The super seniors won't guide you as they are the ones who cannot or refuse to see the big picture because of being sheltered and close-minded.You will survive only if you are a quick and self learner. Your immediate seniors are so good but they too can't help beyond a limit because of the high workload and pressure they have. - An HR who keeps on nagging you from your very first day to put 5 star reviews in Google ,Glass-door and LinkedIn and send her screenshots of the same. - Don't have anything to learn for more than 6 months. - The one with a 'WICKED' smile will treat you like an eternal enemy once you file your resignation letter. Waste of time joining this company. They do not show professionalism and simply fire their employees without giving any reason.
