      Very friendly and sociable management and employees Lots of opportunities to gain experience and knowledge in many areas of Software Development (from coworkers as well as via Pluralsight) Great Research & Development groups Personalized Career Plan, annual appraisals Opportunity for Bonuses. Frequent Salary review (at least annual) Hybrid workplace

      Pros

      Nice employees but the manager is not great.

      Cons

      They have no idea how to manage projects or business as a whole. The pandemic made work environment completely toxic.
