      most worse company for employee. I suggest don't go for this company at any CTC.

      Pros

      The person who is good enough in politics and can be Salve of the seniors can stay longer.

      Cons

      No vision and execution. Only depend upon one person's mood. There is no proper vision and execution for proper business.very Low quality managment. If they want thy can fire you anytime without any reason. Make sure before you join. Or else better u live without job. This company is really pethetic for professionals. If you want to enjoye working like Jack of all trades, undefined and uncertain KRA then go for it. End of the day they would find you good for nothing and ask you to leave. Rest depend upon your good senses.

      Worst Ever Organisation I've seen till date

      Pros

      No Pros. The only thing which some employees can say as positive thing is the Working hours. You can come at 11 and leave at 5. Doesn't matter work is completed or not. But still its a very Negative thing from Company's point of view

      Cons

      Lots of Cons. 1. Poor management. 2. No fixed KRAs for any person. No answerability for the assigned work. 3. Careless HR and management. 4. Extremely poor Appraisal system. 5. Employees are lied during their joining regarding Appraisal/increment. 6. Lots of Politics played within the system.

      Pros

      Sr Management are good and ambitious to soar on to new heights and determined to do something innovative..

      Cons

      Chief Operating Officer is pathetic, i dont know so ridiculous guy is kept for such an important post. His devised policies are very terrible never endorse employee with good points, infact tries to play politics and want to play like ACE.
