Your phone will be monitored. He will monitor everything you do. The contracts u sign will have to stuck. He will pay you just enough to. He will penny pinch for every minute even thought you saved them money by doing the job in half the time. Vacation is a joke. Sick leave is even worse and when you do call in sick they will make you fell guilty. Your three day weekend will be a joke cause they will want u to work then Saturday before memorial day. Cause the owner wants his money and don't care about your family time.

Low pay. No set outline of vacation time and PTO. No bonuses or raises that I've ever heard of. A lot of these guys who post the good reviews are in the "inner" circle as described by the rest of the reviewers who didn't sip the Juice (if you know what I mean). They will work you and not pay you industry standard and not raise you with no 401k.... That should say it all but it gets worse, they have you doing AV technician work and still paying you 3 wire technician money... Good luck complaining they act like it's family orientated and about the family but you're not the family!. If you want to be tracked and worked hard for one week and then 10-20hrs next week be my guest. I've had better jobs in High School (which this was like) it's a reason all the reviews sing the same song...
