Toxic and exploitative environment

Nice office I guess, but they are squeezing the employees and workforce to pay for it. If fact they are hiring sub-standard employees to keep salary costs low

I am surprised that this company is still continuing to operate in Bangalore. The man running this operation in Bangalore, Sameer, is on a power trip. Still that is not the main issue. The main problem is that he does not posses the required competency and experience to run an operations of this kind and generate revenue from India. He has lied about his competency to the founders and is lying to all the employees and himself that he can do this job. To cover his incompetence, he only hires people that he can exploit. i.e people who are extremely dependent on the salary and the job. So, if you don't have some kind of loan and tremendous family burdens and liabilities, don't apply for a role here. They only want people who are desperate and whom they can exploit.
