If you really have a family and bills do not work where the pay is low and also do not get paid on time
Management communication is bad
Hierarchy totally exist if you are not part of the special TL you will suffer everything you do if it is good would not get recognise if you do slight wrongs good luck to you will flame you openly
Being a lead here just means that no matter who did wrong it is your fault
If something goes wrong you can not end on time it is your fault the people working with you just moves on to other site like nothing happened
Little to no career progression useless for unless you want to have leadership in resume
Suggestion is do not waste time here
They will fire you anytime they want without prior notice and HR just keeps changing people
Hr totally unresponsive and irresponsible
Management will pick on you if they do not like you
