      Great people and actually product is pretty robust Actually use BI to run the business Knows how to reward and promote top performer

      Cons

      You (as an employee) will always compete vs Bitcoin. If Bitcoin goes up, you need to be help the BI company perform as good as BTC . And when it goes the other way, you need to compensate for the fall. Low Base Salary Quite process oriented Not the best reputation in the market
