The upper management will make false promises and will not keep them. He will even sign legal documents regarding your position within the company and not put you into that position. You can see that this used to be a good company but due to lack of customers they keep lowering their testing prices which in turn means less revenue and no money in the employees pockets. Upper management will state that the company is in "a good economic position" when they are basing this off of three months in the summer where the analysts are busting their behinds, making no money and with little to no management helping them. The rest of the year you're just praying that something comes in that you can test!!!! Management cut benefits, holidays, and the 401k is a joke - don't even get me started on the insurance... If you care about your job, want to succeed and want a fulfilling life don't work here.
