      It is common practice for job seekers to begin work at least one week before the official contract start date. For example, an employee might start working on the 1st of the month, but their contract may officially begin on the 8th. As a result, the salary is calculated and paid only from the contract start date. Additionally, the work environment is fast-paced, with a high volume of tasks that need to be processed efficiently. Overtime is often required to meet deadlines; however, overtime claims are not applicable.
