      Pros

      You get to live in Tofino. The cabins overlook the ocean which is nice

      Cons

      Management doesn't care. Staff is over worked and not appreciated. All housekeeping supplies are carried by hand between laundry room and cabins. Managment turns a blind eye to questionable behaviours of staff they like. If you like living in squalor then this is the place for you. Black mold in the showers, filthy kitchen, raccoon urine on the floors. Its essentially like living in a frat house. Do not waste your time applying here. Its not worth your dignity

      You get to live in one of the most beautiful places in Canada! Great place to meet some super cool people and make memories

      Cons

      Really bad management Very under staffed and your work goes unappreciated They have super high expectations for the pay

      Staff accom is 2 minute walk from the beach Great way to meet new people in a new place Beautiful work place On site staff/coworkers are all lovely

      Cons

      - Shared living can be a bit hectic - Lots of people come and go so staff and management is different at all times - luck of the draw with managers and how they treat you
