      Pros

      Excellent support provided at the home by the operations team. Always happy to listen and be open to suggestions. The team provide beautiful person centred care and are passionate to deliver going the extra mile at all times. Longlea are a close family, the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Lots of laughter can be heard around the building with residents. Beautiful surroundings, lovely gardens, quite location and new refurbishment ongoing in the building.

      Pros

      Working for this company was great. I had great coworkers who bent over backwards for each other. Another great asset of this company was taking care of people and their families and having great relationships with them.

      Cons

      Downside of this company is if you do not get along with your supervisor you can pretty much say good bye to your job. Worked for this company for over 5 years and had nothing but great job reviews each year until I was under one particular supervisor who did not want me to even be in the position I was in. So she made sure to make my job horrible and made me suffer everyday for it.
