Not a long term, sustainable role
Pros
What you do for actual work is ok
Cons
Management see their staff as performing monkeys and not people. They probably work a 25 hour week whereas the sales staff will be doing ~60 hours per week for 26k and make out everyone's on buckets of cash. They rule with an iron fist and there's no empathy of any kind. They will say Sundays are voluntary (legally because of the working time directive they have to be) however because not enough people volunteered, they threatened to make them compulsory. This shows you how little they think of their staff. They also tolerate bullying because they value that member of staff. Fair enough we might say, but they don't even bring the person in for a disciplinary. They literally don't care about anyone other than themselves
