      Employee benefits such as leaves and insurance

      Cons

      A lot of office politics and jealous ppl, they lay off people on their whim without any reason. Management is blinded by few of their trusted people and do not bother to look at the actual picture. Field employees are made to work day and night on a very minimal salary. No respect for human resource.
