Pay was pretty good, able to get me into a position that I may not have had access to on my own
Cons
Benefits available were expensive, management team very disengaged and apparently only focused on you as a revenue stream not a person, zero ability to find an additional gig once the contract ended as they have no other contracts with other employers
I’ve had a great experience working at this MSP. The team is supportive, the workload is varied, and there’s plenty of opportunity to learn new technologies. Management communicates clearly and treats people with respect. It’s a fast-paced environment, but the culture makes it enjoyable and rewarding.
Customers are awesome, coworkers all get along, and the owner is very understanding about things that come up in his employees' lives. He earned my loyalty that way.
Cons
Mostly superficial things like frowning on WFH. But it's his company, he can do as he pleases.
