      Impact driven - you'll do more for nature in a year at Mighty Earth than you would in a career at some of the bigger green groups Great people, real camaraderie and team spirit Is the rare workplace with an "unlimited vacation" policy that actually lets you use it

      Cons

      Small team - your portfolio and responsibilities may shift over time as needs arise, something not everyone will be comfortable with. Sometimes longer hours, extra work are needed when campaigns are in full swing.

      Pros

      My colleagues are some of the smartest and most inspiring people I've ever met. The freedom the organization gives us all means that we get to work to address the most pressing ecological issues in the world, while maintaining our own busy personal lives. It's truly an amazing place to work.

      Cons

      The biggest issue I've seen at Mighty is that we sometimes try to tackle too many problems at the same time, which means we are all fairly stretched. Unfortunately, this is less a symptom of the organization, and more the stark reality that there are seemingly infinite ecological crises that need to be addressed.
