      Pros

      I have worked in many firms over the course of my career, but the peace I have had here at MikroStarTech is overwhelming. The workload is alright, not too much, and not immense. I have my work-life balance, Managers don't call after working hours. If I need to work more hours, I am compensated and informed beforehand. Hands down My best employer so far.

      Office help staff needs to be permanent, sometimes this doesn't help.

      Pros

      Provide Opportunities to fresh graduates.

      Cons

      They ask you to sign a bond with for a minimum of 1 year upto 3 years. If you leave in that period, they ask you to pay penalty of 6 months salary. HR is always stalling and is not upto the standard of an IT Firm.
