      Pros

      - Best for learnings - Good company to start your carrier. - Work-life balance is great. - Superb infrastructure and interior.

      Cons

      - No sports/gym or any other activities are available.

      Small Company (50-60 employee) with poor management

      Pros

      -Work environment is good for you only if you perform well. - You will learn if you are a fresher.

      Cons

      - HR are not professional, don't know basic policies. - No management and policies are there. - No big projects , only few small Salesforce projects are there. - Increment is not good for everybody, only some old seniors get good increment as they will take the credit of your work. - Strictly work from office and not a single day WFH. Strict time tracking is there. - Too much work pressure and you may be asked to work on weekends. Very less leaves. - No laptop given, have to work with desktop.
