      Pros

      Remote work and opportunity to develop using modern tech stacks.

      Cons

      Always late on salary payments and owes months of EPF and PCB payments. Unresponsive and unresponsible when asked about outstanding payments. Questionable software architect design and practices. Micromanagement. Do not have basic benefits like SOCSO and EIS.

      Pros

      A startup that provides room for each person to experiment with new techniques and contribute in their own ways.

      Cons

      As the company grew, the management did not equip themselves with proper management skills, nor were their focus in the right place. I left because my employers were not being responsible of their roles towards their employees, as well as their clients.
